JLPT N2 or above with strong Japanese communication, reading, and writing skills

1+ year experience in Japan-related trade or similar fields is a plus

Operate, maintain, and continuously improve an outsourced supply chain system (procurement/agency purchasing platform)
Develop enhancements, refactor existing modules, and implement minor new features using React / Ant Design and Java (Spring / MyBatis)
Coordinate with external vendors for requirement alignment, specification review, and change management
Participate in the development, configuration, and operation of internal ERP systems, including low-code platforms
Improve business workflows and design system integration and data connectivity between multiple internal platforms
Support internal IT projects and contribute to development execution and delivery

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with React ecosystem and Ant Design
Experience with Java development (Spring / MyBatis)
Ability to design, optimize, and operate MySQL databases
Capable of reading and modifying existing backend codebases
Basic knowledge of Linux server operations, deployment, and troubleshooting
Understanding of manufacturing, trading, or commerce workflows (procurement, sales, inventory, finance, etc.)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience managing small-scale projects (requirement analysis, task breakdown, progress tracking, delivery)
Strong communication skills for cross-functional and vendor collaboration
Responsible, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
Experience with low-code platforms, SCM/procurement systems, API integration, SSO, or data synchronization is a strong plus
Experience in trading/procurement IT systems or leading small technical teams is also highly valued
